Timber mats (also known as crane mats) are made from premium hardwood timbers, such as oak, and are designed to provide a stable platform for heavy machinery, usually crane lifts or other crawler equipment. The premium hardwood can withstand the rigors of heavy equipment tracks and are capable of supporting several tons of weight.
